that are United States only? We've had to tighten up our firewalls and we are

LDAP. As far as I can tell, the LDAP is configured the same way (see below),
and both machines can ping the LDAP Server by name, so its not a DNS issue.
When we try to log in, we get:

MySQL is installed as part of the mariadb package on RHEL 7 in our role. The
/etc/my.cnf doesn't have anything about timezone. Do you have an example of
what it should look like? I could add it to the Ansible role to add the
timezone into /etc/my.cnf.

I thought we had RDP configured but apparently not. We keep getting errors
saying "support for protocol rdp is not installed". So I installed freerdp-dev
and freerdp-libs and restarted guacd. I see the following errors in
/var/log/messages when I try to start up an RDP connection:
