I gave you both Admin access so you can make some test connections and see how they react. I think I know that how to do the upgrade to 1.2.0, but I need you guys let me know when it would be a good time to do it. Basically, I need to download the authorization extensions and update them, upgrade the database via 2 SQL scripts, update the client WAR file (used by Tomcat), recompile the server version to 1.2.0, and restart everything. Should only take 10-15 minutes, perhaps less. Just let me know when you think it would be a good time.
