Thanks for the thought Bob. I'm such a Mac person that I neglected to think of
that; also, as part of that myopia I dislike having the menus on the Window's
real-estate. Apple got it right. M$ did not. IMHO!

So this is a known anomaly. Unfortunately both the source and target stacks use
Menus with the same name; something that I should have realized would be a
problem, but until I started moving cards around the problem was not apparent.
Maybe I can change one of the names without loosing
Take a note of the name of the menu 'group' from the card of the stack you wish
to be copied... lets say group "menuBar 1"
Copy the card to the 'target' stack...
Then delete the group "menuBar 1"
If it is still as clear as 'mud'... I can send you a stack to show you...
