each deployment. But it’s a bit odd. Surely what we should be paying for is the
Core engine and then smaller amounts for each deployment mod

schools teach LiveCode and lets people learn it before deciding to buy it.

That's a bit harsh, are you forgetting the amount of money that was
contributed by users to the fund raisers over the
Brian... your price lock lapsed in January 2019. The last payment we received
was in 2018, hence it could hardly be described as having been "kept active".
Please contact support to discuss your exact licensing situation, I think you
will find it more satisfactory than you realise.
