A blacklist strikes me as decidedly unmaintainable, unless something
is happening at a deep level to tag packages from the start. What is
stopping the "Apps available for download" feature from presenting
apps only when it has some reasonable expectation they might be of
interest to the end user? F

rationale, as well as some advice on how to do pretty well any kind of
