Its really difficult to understand what you wanted to say but
something you should know you don't need to install CCSM you can
simply change the launcher sensitivity in the 'Beahvior' tab under the
Appearance capplet in Control center.

launcher in compizconfig but it needs some attention to be shown. I
use, as you can imagine, the autohide option, it is the one i prefer.
So, did anybody think about a solution that automize showing the
