Seems to work here, but I don't think the bug is properly solved. The
problem is still the same: D-Bus configuration doesn't allow for more
than 3 X displays (:0, :1 and :2), so others will fail.
But maybe I'm missing something, because here Xephyr is on :11 and it
works...

Me again. My xorg process uses around 140-170MB, could there be a memory leak
here? Or is this normal?
It's just that I have another Thinkpad (T61 with Intel video) and xorg process
never grows over 50MB.

This is a user preference and not something that everyone would want by
default. It can have an undesirable effect when you actually need to
drag something with your middle button pressed (for instance dragging a
folder in nautilus). I'm leaving this open, but my opinion is that it
