Hello Bryce,
Becoming increasingly familiar with Linux structures. Attached is
Xorg.0.log, as at Ubuntu 10.10 there does not appear to be a Xorg.conf
log file at /etc/X11/xorg.conf. Please advise if file exists at
different location.
Any help you could give would be much appreciated, have become

requested information either, so this bug cannot be analyzed. If you
want it to be investigated, please reproduce on the current development
version (which is Natty at the moment) and file a bug using 'ubuntu-bug
xorg'.

I'm experiencing the very same bug. Very new to Linux so the code is
still very unfamiliar, currently exploring the relevant configuration
files so unable to comment with any learned opinion. Same monitor, same
problem. Please revisit.

@koja, please file a new bug report for the source package xserver-xorg-
video-ati (you're not having the -intel graphics hardware which this bug
report is about). The best way to do this is with the command `ubuntu-
bug -p xserver-xorg-video-ati`, since that will upload a lot of useful
information
