As a VERY novice linux user I have no idea how to do any of that, when I
looked at the reporting instructions I tried to figure it out but after an
hour or so of combing forums just to understand basic nomenclature I gave
up, (it's hard to find meanings for things when you don't even und

When the system freezes, if I let it restart with the external connected it
seems to start in a "safe" state, with very low resolution on both displays
