Hi Bryce, As a VERY novice linux user I have no idea how to do any of that, when I looked at the reporting instructions I tried to figure it out but after an hour or so of combing forums just to understand basic nomenclature I gave up, (it's hard to find meanings for things when you don't even understand context) so if you could point me to a very detailed walk through I'd be happy to do it, or if you or someone else can access it remotely I might be willing to give you (them) access.
