Fn+F3 combo won't trigger gnome-power-statistics anymore the way it did since
the sputnik project up to the last upgrade to Trusty. I can't remap with
keyboard settings custom shortcuts: when I do this the combo keystroke is
detected

Sorry Cristopher, maybe I mix things that are not related, but when I
wanted to upgrade my x86 12.04 to HWE Stack, I had to tweak something to
prevent the upgrade process to fail because pae feature not exposed by
the CPU. This has nothing to do with x86/x64, but instead to that non-
pae distributi

It didn't worked neither for suspend nor hibernate, but at least I can see
briefly on resume/thaw the console login screen.
pm-suspend.log doesn't seem to report any error when the wake-up fails.

nvidia-96. I don't care with 3D, I switched to Gnome-Session-Fallback,
but even with no-effects, the nouveau driver just displays rubish on my

cvt manpage mistakes
To manage notific
mouse pointer (of my Acer's AS3810T Synaptics touchpad) freezes every time I do
the following things:
1) select "Switch from user..." (in GNOME fallback session, from the session
menu);
2) at the LightDM screen I log in another user (e. g. Guest);
mouse cursor works in that another user session,
In my case, touchpad hangup occurs in Precise more often than in Oneiric, Natty
etc.
Interestingly, it unfreezes after suspend & resume.
