I think I have the same problem. I have a Latitude 7390 with the WD15
Dock.
I get a connection to the Display Port and VGA but not to the HDMI Port.
I have connect my second monitor with HDMI, but it isnt working.

from 16.04.
(a) Out of curiousity, are you actually able to enable/disable your
touchpad on your laptop with Gnome on 18.04 using the key combinations
