mesa is fine, its failing to load the newer mesa dri driver because it
requires a symbol from the newer libdrm, but the 2.4.26 libdrm from
ia32-libs is in the PATH before the :i386 one. This isn't a mesa or
libdrm problem but a multiarch problem in general, if anything ia32-libs

from ia32-libs, it shouldn't be in there anyway but it was fixed to be
installable under multiarch too late in the cycle to remove it. It's not

so it's trying /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/dri/i965_dri.so correctly first
but that fails because it wants to use the /usr/lib32 version of libdrm
instead of /lib/i386-linux-gnu/ libdrm.. I am not sure how to get around
this without setting the LD_LIBRARY_PATH in the launcher script but will

Yes, i put libdrm because i was asked for the version on freedesktop.org.
As i said, those 32bit applications run succesfully when running
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/i386 application_name.
The graphic stack comes from the xorg-edgers ppa, other packages are standard
ubuntu 11.10.

Modifier keys (Shift, Alt, Super) stick/cling at the mere/simple push
OK. I've made a research. Keys don't stick with packages xserver-xorg-
core_1.10.4-1~bpo60+1_amd64.deb and xserver-xorg-input-
evdev_2.6.0-2~bpo60+1_amd64.deb from debian. But this packages break kdm
and opengl at all. Could somebody do anything for those who have this
awful bug? Do ubuntu maintain

Synaptics touchpad stops working

I can also confirm that it still affects me in 11.10. Reducing window
size makes the content appear in 11.10 and it used to do so in 11.04.
But that is not a lot of consolation, in some cases the window had to be
reduced beyond practicality in order to show content. :-(
