Public bug reported: It is not possible to get any signal on the s-video port on Ubuntu 11.10. My system is a Dell Latitude D830 with an Intel GM965 graphic controller.
The s-video port is detected an listed on xrandr. The refresh rate given with 30hz, but is seems to bee wrong. On the tv-screen a get no picture.
