What I saw today was that the X session somehow got "disconnected" from
input devices. The mouse would move, but clicks and keyboard events
were ignored. CTRL-ALT-F1 got to me a virtual terminal, where I could
restart GDM, and all has been fine since.

switched on in Tools->Options->OpenOffice.org->View, then load this
presentation and try moving some of the slide items around. Also, try
picking up a slide in the left slides pane and move your mouse until you

dragging a slide down in the slide list it seems to be fine, but when I
tried dragging a slide to a higher position I got the really weird
slowdown. I am running on 9.04 with intel driver gma4500 graphics
(ThinkPad X200).

For me, 1.1.2-1ubuntu2 in Karmic is broken with just those symptoms on
both netbooks. If I move the finger fast, the mouse is almost not
moving.
