sounds like the scale plugin in Compiz. One way of changing the settings
and the shortcut/mouse corner activation is to use the Compiz manager.
I have it set up to do this effect on the top right corner, so I don't
accidentally activate it as often.

I had I/O errors on my external hdd which I backup my machines to, using
rsnapshot. I ran fsck on the drive, which corrected some errors which
then meant it could delete the problem files.
My errors where caused by the desktop crashing and requiring a reboot,
without the drive being umounted first.

Yep, lots of people working on voice / speech recognition, but still lots of
problems to overcome - the least of which are the kernels audio sub system,
and that current versions require the real-time kernel too!

Basically, if everything is plugged in correctly, when you connect your PC
via Ethernet you should have a working Internet connection within a few
seconds - although the Hub

As 8.04.2 is only a roll up of all the current patches and fixes that have
come in since 8.04.1, I shouldn't think there'd be much of a problem.
If it's not a live server then there's no harm in trying it out and letting
us know what happens!

It lets you use Ubuntu on a Mac a little more easily :)
(The crtl key was, iirc, added around 1986, when Apple started to
