its essentially a place where you can go to post a question or 'support
ticket' about Ubuntu and helpful people (such as myself -_-) will answer
them. Its basically just a nice way of answering support without using

Currently the best money / performance ratios go to either the GeForce
8600GTS 320mb or the Radeon X1950XT. Both will perform well with UT3
running at 1280 at max settings. I myself plan on investing in an
8600GTS very soon :o)

Mmmm. I've got an Edimax EW-7108PCG, which I think also uses the 2500

That's where I got the current one! It's an RAlink with the RT2500 chip
set. Worked great with feisty but not so good on Gutsy

The recommendation in various places is for RAlink chipset devices
because they have open sourced their drivers, but the drivers on Gutsy
do not work very well and give very poor throug
in windows the imon and imedia software utilizes it ..which in turn makes it
display system info..weather..news...that kinda stuff!! Imon and imedia is a by
a company called "SOUNDGRAPH". They have a website!
when looking for drivers...what should i be looking for?

laptop uses WPA with a password protected by keyring. So immediately
after I log on, the system connects to the network and tries to log into
it; and it then waits, asking me to type the keyring password to make
