There is no need to forward and move translations over email.
Just make sure Ubuntu Start Page Lao translations are complete (100%) in

The priority is yet to be decided and defined in Launchpad, but right
now the gnome-menus is listed on the
couple of days before the final
Live-CD translations freeze?
This will help us a lot, and we can do one final check before the
release candidate.

I have just put it on top of the list a couple of days ago.
Most of the standard gnome applets are in gnome-applets template... but

As far as I know, Rosetta dev are working at a translation dashboard

is currently working on.
I am not a Ubuntu packaging guru, but as far as I know all Ubuntu and
Xubuntu packages are already in bzr.
This will allow us to create a simple script for generating language
packs.
