No, it's all okay now! The latest ubuntu-docs update from yesterday
brought the translated topics for those languages that had them

yelp.mo, but they do not show up.
(eg. msgunfmt /usr/share/locale-lang
Removing loco-contacts, not really relevant to that. Just write to
ubuntu-translators, no need to send me two copies!

Dear translators,
we resolved a bug in the l10n infrastructure. Now all strings of
update-manager should be translatable. There are about 13 new strings.
