This bug is fixed in the upstream OpenSSH 4.7 which is in Ubuntu 8.04;
verified that in the current beta package 1:4.7p1-5ubuntu1, ssh-add -d
with a private key file will find the corresponding public key and

That'd work too, I suppose. I didn't see any bug that looked like this
in launchpad but I didn't check the Debian BTS. A 30s glance at that now
also doesn't reveal anything obvious. I think changing the default
location is cleaner and is what postfix is doing anyway.

/etc/postfix/main.cf got rid of the error message.
