There's some ambiguity around the test cases for laptops.
1. The laptop testing template (
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/Laptop/Reports/Template) has a link "test
cases" which point to at least some cases (http://testcases.qa.ubuntu.com/)
which are old. E.g. add/remove apps vs software c

the version currently in Debian
(http://packages.debian.org/testing/nip2).
I filed a bug about it:

since yesterday apport can't report problems. It give the error "Cannot connect
to crash

This problem happens with both karmic and lucid and imho something is broken
server
side.
