Hi everybody, since yesterday apport can't report problems. It give the error "Cannot connect to crash database, please check your Internet connection."
This problem happens with both karmic and lucid and imho something is broken server side. To reproduce it, just try to report a bug for any package, like ubuntu-bug firefox It will not arrive to Launchpad page for inserting title.
