I updated my phone over ota this morning and am stuck on BQ logo with
no movement, no adb shell, and no way to recover without a pc. and a
fresh flash
I don't know if the image got screwed up or if a mesa package got
pulled in by mistake.

During sanity testing there was an issue noticed with the update
system on the latest RTM-proposed image. Please do not upgrade Krillin
to 195, mako to 163 or the Spanish version to 144.
If you do it can be resolved from a pc in order to update.
