As a Desktop and an Ubuntu touch tester, I'll go for a tight app Integration. Users on the desktop already accept the concept of a single app for multiple protocols. If the whatsapp want , they could develop a standalone app for Ubuntu. It would be great if we can spread the Ubuntu design. -- Ma
