Why on earth did I write Firefox? I meant the stock browser (if that's
the browser that comes with the OS install).
It seems to be a 3G issue, as video plays on my 100Mbit Kabeldeutschland
through WiFi-N at home. It also happened when I was connected to a
Samsung phone Wifi Hotspot bridge to LTE.

Thank you Olivier for your reply.
Now all works fine.
Today was released the update (v. 0.7) for the YouTube app developed by
Alan Pope. The problem was fixed.
The web browser works fine too with YouTube, I checked it again, the
screen remain turned on during the video.
Thank you,
Marco

Hi list,
I have a problem with youtube in MX4 (arale r6). When I watch a video in
youtube (with browser or app) the os put the phone in standby. The screen
goes black, like there's no app in function.
There is an opened bug for this issue?
Thank you.

Hi
I've just noticed that this happens when I tap the HQ button on the bottom
left corner of the video to disable it.

Youtube website video works for me ok, Ubuntu 14.10 r16 on nexus 4. Funnily
enough, bq website doesn't work well!. :)
Also as an aside, ubuntu one account disappeared and I had to add it again.
I had to remove and re-add google account to get things syncing again after
upgrade to r16.
