When I put the SIM in another phone it works perfecly. But when I put it in
the touch it's the same.
If I call someone the phone starts but in a second it says it's finished.
When someone try to call to this number it recives a voice saying the phone is
not connected.

The password of your simcard should be in the documentation you got when
you first had your sim.
