Hi
It looks like you have a locked simcard. If you enter too many times the
wrong password (simcard password not to login) your simcard will be locked.
The password of your simcard should be in the documentation you got when
you first had your sim.

I think you should be explain a bit more what happens when you, for
example, try to make a call. If not, one could think you just not know
the number to dial. :-)
