Why is Ubuntu-Phone developing its own mobile web browser? Doesn't it make more
sense to use Firefox Mobile?
I like Firefox because it is more customizable and embraces Open-Source more
fully than Google/Chromium. Firefox/Mozilla also does a lot more to protect
user Privacy.

Anybody know if Ubuntu Touch will be ported to the Moto X anytime soon?
I really like the feel and dimensions of the Moto X and want to run ubuntu on

Gustavo is right, we can't give up. We got to stay positive and keep working
towards success, supporting each other along the way. Canonical wants the best

One of the big reasons I love the design of the Edge is because it would be one
of the very few phones that I could run Ubuntu-Touch/Android on that is not too
big for my hand.
Good article on Ars Technica mentions how tasks get done faster on smaller
phones, among other things:

I just wish they would release a phone with the same
appearance-size-shape-dimensions as the Edge. I don't care if it has all the
high-end stuff or not. I'll take dual-core, 16GB any day if the phone looks
like the Edge and runs Ubuntu-Touch.

iOS 7 is supposed to have a nifty feature of being able to block texts/calls
from unwanted phone numbers. This seems like it would be incredibly useful.
Is this feature in the Ubuntu Touch roadmap? I couldn't find anything about it
in the wiki.

I didn't miss the point (Canonical is making an erroneous assumption about the

I'm arguing here that Canonical made a mistake by shunning the Edge as a
phone-only device to begin the Ubuntu-Touch experience with.
Further, I think it is unwise on Canonical's part to "Abandon" the
Edge as a Phone if the Indiegogo campaign for Edge-as-Convergence-Device is
unsuccessful. Cano
Nice!
I assume a whole new port would need to be done for the HTC One Mini? Mini has
diff hardware. the One is too big a phone, so I got to go with the Mini version.

which is why it isn't available. On Android, this would be remarkably easy to
do.
Ubuntu Edge isn't even funded yet. Nothing has prevented it from doing anything
yet.
