Ok, i believe the problem is, that i push a image via
ubuntu-device-flash on my phone, but after reboot the installation
doesn't start and the old system tries to load.
i hope some one knows, what is going on :)

Yes, use ubuntu-device-flash, it will not, unless you tell it to, touch
your data.

you know which image you have upgraded to? Image #10 from
devel-proposed/vivid-proposed had some issues that made it unbootable,
