Confirm this happens on Nexus 7 2013 LTE (deb) as well. If you install any of the newer packages (anything newer than 20140130) it hangs on a blank (though backlit) screen. If you install a valid image (one that boots) and then try to upgrade using apt-get, next boot will again hank on the blank ba
