I had Ben chase down some Launchpad developers at UDS to help us with
the problem of strings being marked as 'suggestions'.
There is a bug in Launchpad that causes this. It's on their to do
list to fix, but I think there are a couple either items on their list
that have a higher

Why should there be a comma there?
I would think that if you put a comma after 'We permit', you'd also need
a comma after 'encourage', making the phrase 'and even encourage'
parenthetical (which would be better set off with dashes).

If you run 'bzr branch lp:ubuntu-manual/lucid-e1' it will download the

Thanks for the note about the lucid-e1 settings being incorrect. I've
fixed this now.
We do still want lucid-e1 to be the translation focus. The lucid-e2
branch is the development focus, but it is very much in flux and would
be a waste of the translators' time to have them try to keep up.
