No problem. I'm running an older E-Machines (2007 or 2008), so it's
before they added the CPU support. I'm not sure how many people will be
running virtualbox or even Ubuntu, on older hardware, which is why I
passed the tip along.

This is true. Without the CPU support, you won't be able to run x64 systems
virtually.
However, as of late, there is very little difference between the versions,
and unless you are giving your VM more than 4GB of ram, you likely won't
need the support.
