I'm not sure how well this would work, but you could try importing the
manual into Scrivener and converting it. They convert to various formats
including .pdf, .epub, and I believe Amazon's format as well.
If I think of it this weekend, I can try importing the manual in. One site
that I saw sugges
Okay, I've added those files to the bzr branch. If you notice anything
else amiss, please let me know.
I haven't updated any of the versions yet so nothing is flagged as
'second edition'. I'll take care of that soonish.
