I'm not sure how well this would work, but you could try importing the manual into Scrivener and converting it. They convert to various formats including .pdf, .epub, and I believe Amazon's format as well. If I think of it this weekend, I can try importing the manual in. One site that I saw sugges

Hi, I encountered problems while running make on the file. The following were missing: graphics/advanced.pdf graphics/warning.pdf titlepage/titlepage-en_US.pdf I used imagemagick to produce them (e.g. "$ convert graphics/advanced.svg graphics/advanced.pdf") but the pdf files seem not to be track
