Hi, I encountered problems while running make on the file. The following were missing:
graphics/advanced.pdf graphics/warning.pdf titlepage/titlepage-en_US.pdf I used imagemagick to produce them (e.g. "$ convert graphics/advanced.svg graphics/advanced.pdf") but the pdf files seem not to be tracked by bzr. Please let me know if you prefer me to submit a bug report or to just add, commit, and push them out to the branch. I thought I should note that. Thanks, Mehmet.
