Mouse wheel to change desktops is really bad, especially for laptop
users if they
have the drag-at-edge == scroll == mouse wheel.
Even worse, you can't change the setting with the default install - a
little googling
eventually led me to "ccsm". New users shouldn't have to deal with this hoopla.
