Fine and dandy but https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+cdmirrors only lists mirrors for *releases*, not for daily snapshots.
Ubuntu doesn't mirror the dailies. I'd guess under 50 people (likely much less) download any given daily. It would likely require more bandwidth for each of the mirrors to download them, than for the people to all go to cdimage site and download them there. Also, a lot of people use rsync.
BTW, it looks like cdimage.ubuntu.com and us.cdimage.ubuntu.com are the point to the same site.
