Well, the problem can manifest itself in so many different ways, from a
right-click perspective, it is not surprising that it has not gotten more

On a Dell Latitude D800. Was in previous alpha. Updated.
Turned on Desktop Effects and had to enable the NVIDIA accelerated graphics
driver
.When I do this xorg.conf changes from "nv" to nvidia_driver
get a requester says;
Please run "desktop effects" again after restartin
Any progress? This was an issue for feisty. Is there anything else
that can be done?

I ran compiz --replace as the gui way to enable compiz reported an
error.
Doing it like this, from the commandline had it working, at least with
wobbly windows, but a minute later it bombed and started this auto bug
post.

An update since then has caused Wlan0 to not work and is once again
being created as eth3.
I will give more information if someone can tell me how.
What else can I give you please? Give me the command lines to produce
worthwhile information to help diagnose properly?

Pretty new user to linux/ubuntu here. I too have received this error on
