distributive's update I invoked next command :

The main reason to update Java on Hardy is that bug 6429775
(http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6429775) is really fixed in
it. In all other (earler) versions it is impossible to use Java with Compiz
enabled.

Just reinstalled Ubuntu 9.10 release and find that all packages marked
as "installed (manual)" right after first system boot, so maybe it is a

Sound is not muted. Notify icon flicks two times "On" -> "Mute" and
"Mute" -> "On". So finally sound is still "On".

i have another question ..
i have two displays and i'm ok with gnome-panel, but just for display 2.
so, on display 1 i use gnome-do ... it will be nice to use gnome-panel
on display 2 only.
but the problem is in Notification Area applet
