a) the instructions from #21 are not followed - please retry
b) the machine is not updated or is updated with newer version of gvfs

1. Make sure that the executable is replaced and no "Update Manager" has done

Being horribly impatient, I've compiled it myself following instructions

Seems that it now works and my problems are solved.

I installed the vim-gnome package to get gvim. After that, right
clicking a text file in Nautilus to open the menu, shows duplicate menu
entry to edit the file with gvim.

something complete for this, and at the same time to keep a sane/simple
ui.

Tested with the 16/12 daily live of precise and I still have an issue.
When clicking the 3rd workspace someplace (I don't remember the
