still does not work with my Laptop ( Fujitsu Siemens S6120).

After an update of the xserver-xorg-video-intel driver the display does
work again with the change from Driver "i810" to Driver "intel".
However, the screen blinks every few seconds and is therefore not very
usefull.

I updated my Laptop with a Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME controller from Kubunbu
8.04 to 8.10.
Afterwards the xserver did not start anymore.
I'll get the message:

Afterwards I tried to boot
I have the same problem with the Fujitsu Siemens S6010. It currently works fine
with Kubuntu 8.04 (and the i810 driver), but I can't upgrade anymore.
I just tried the jaunty alpha 4 live CD, but can't get a graphical display with
it. Failsave doesn't work too.

The crash of xorg happend everytime I started GoogleEarth with the nv
driver. After installing the nvidia driver GoogleEarth works smooth and
there are no crashes anymore.
