I have the same problem with the Fujitsu Siemens S6010. It currently works fine with Kubuntu 8.04 (and the i810 driver), but I can't upgrade anymore. I just tried the jaunty alpha 4 live CD, but can't get a graphical display with it. Failsave doesn't work too.
