I can't reproduce the problem too.
If the cursor stays busy that's because a process is not finished : the problem
comes from the command (which must contains a process which can't be finished)
Some remarks :
- It's a bit strange that this "bug" is reported by the users of an other latex
editor
Is it a joke?
In your "report", you speak about "strange bugs" : do you really think it's
useful to debug (if there is a bug)?
You don't give any details, any procedure to reproduce the bug : you don't even
know how to make a valid bug report!

under Texmaker and ubuntu without any trouble.
