Well, I want to disagree. The bread crumbs are really great! A "coherent
look" would be better. Give the bread crumbs a frame and the same color
as the folder they represent. If you display the "url-bar" in text form,
then why not display the "url-bar" as coherent bread crumbs? You display
the same
"clickable text elements" for bread crumbs is a good idea. To me, it is
not visually apparent that these text elements are actually clickable.

I have the same problem. Evince doesn't print large pdf-files. I've got
a 1.2 MB file, which it simply doesn't print. The printer defaults and
sends the message "broken pipe". Then I split the pdf-files into parts
using print to pdf-file. The parts appear to be

printed instantly and fast and the whole job was printed at once. So
this must be evince trying to handle the printing job.

I am getting the same problem. Whenever, I try to sync google contact,
evolution crashes. this is what I am being told:

O.K. here's some more information. I just checked the sound-
configuration tool called "sound preferences". No Hardware device Is
displayed in the menu "Hardware". Before using the janitor, the menu
showed the name of the external sound card. So, the janitor appears to
have deleated the hardware dr

Thanks for your quick response. In the meantime I shut down and rebooted
the computer. Then I checked the sound preferences. This time it says
under hardware:
Soundblaster Live24! 24-bit external SB0490.
The sound is working again.
So, rebooting the computer fixed the problem. I have no idea, wh

bersome - or use nautilus - somewhat unintuitive - or switch the
workspace - also a little strange. Yes, it can be done, but these are
all workarounds. A fast and intuitive way to display the desktop would
be welcome.
