I just barely upgraded to 13.10, noticed this bug, slapped the systemd-
shim package on my system from the -proposed repository (Installed:
6-0ubuntu0.13.10). The bug is still present for me. Forgive my hesitance

of some sort so that the constant need to close/open new bugs that
pertain to the same issues can be kept sane. Back when I did lots of
launchpad work it was infuriating having to have all subscribers move to
