@Martin: Consider asking the launchpad devs to integrate an 'issue list' of some sort so that the constant need to close/open new bugs that pertain to the same issues can be kept sane. Back when I did lots of launchpad work it was infuriating having to have all subscribers move to new bugs because a little corner case was fixed - it was very confusing to those affected as well.
