I have same symptoms on intel DG45ID (g45)... so probably the same bug.
It is easy to reproduce: start video in full screen, in about 80
minutes xorg will crash.

After KMS was enabled by default my display setup was lost. With xrandr
i found what instead of HDMI-1 and HDMI-2 i have DVI1 and DVI2.
Each time i switch between kms and nonkms boot it switch the names.
so to setup my display
BIOS version 0101 do not solve this problem too. I guess, there will no
fix from Intel. Kernel people will not give up too...

i found one workaround: go to account settings and change imap or pop
setting to plain password and no encruption. restart evolution. check
email. This will save the password to the keymanager. Now you can change
the setting back to secure.

Hmm... but this putch is not real fix of the problem. Yes powertop will
not complain any more about ipw2200 and awerything is still working but
actually the card stay working and consume power. only possible is
rfkill or unload the module.

I found on some sustems i have access to, strange suspend bug. It depend
on SMP and amount of memory. If you use smp sustem ( dual/qudro
core/precessor ) and abot 2 GB of RAM try this kernel option: nosmp

No there is no password stored corresponding to this account. But there
is stored smb password, so seems like seahorst working.

After latest update from 26.01.09 (jaunty amd64) the performance with
glxgearx dropped to 40 fps.
before it was 300 fps with vanilla linux-next kernal and 150 fps with
2.6.28-5-generic.
I just testet UXA acceleration and gat 870 fps with linux-next and 750
fps with 2.6.28-5-generic

Usb keyboard do not workin after kernel was loaded on alternate install
cd/usb. The same usb keyboard working with BIOS and GRUBloader, After
instalation i can use it to. To install jaunty i used ps/2 keyboard.
Unfortunatly this is not complete dmesg, but usb part is there

You can use small work around:
1. sudo vi /etc/initramfs-tools/initramfs.conf
change MODULES=list
2. sudo lsmod | sed 's/\([[:graph:]]*\).*/\1/' >>
/etc/initramfs-tools/modules
3. sudo vi /etc/initramfs-tools/modules
remove "Module", move ehci_hcd to the first place
4. sudo update-initramfs -u
