Public bug reported:
I noticed that Ubuntu file associations are not working in Firefox 3 in
the 9.04 Netbook remix. When I right click on a download and try to open
the containing folder, I get an error because there was no associated
application. Then I got the same thing trying to open a .deb.
I get the same problem with Ubuntu 9.04 UNR on my Asus EEE PC 1000HE.
Unsecured and WEP work fine, but no luck with either WPA or WPA2. The
fix can't be released soon enough.

It might be useful to make each of those options checkboxes, and thus

ANother new thing I noticed: after installing (and fixing) HDAAnalyzer, as
shown here, I was able to confirm that asserting GPIO 0 on the adi1984 chip
sets the hardware mute feature.

I would agree with the 'invalid' evaluation on the Xorg task, since
evdev refusing to handle the device is merely because the device does
not present itself as a valid keyboard (as shown in
/proc/bus/input/devices). I had marked Xorg as affected due to its
interaction with the bug. I would like t

(0.7~~svn20081008t224042-0ubuntu1) fixed my br0 issue for me; now br0 merely

After a lot of searching, I managed to find the Ubuntu-patched
toshiba_acpi source; for some reason, neither the linux-source package,
nor the source (apt-get source) for linux-image-2.6.27-7-generic
contained the current 0.19a-dev version of the toshiba_acpi module. In
fact, the Ubuntu patches al
I'd consider the removal of that displayconfig script a fix in and of
itself so you might consider marking it "fixed" rather than "won't

Is there any way to build the module out-of-tree? It'd be a great help
if somebody could build either a full kernel image, or just the .ko

Why is this change still here? This seems like some sort of breakage in the
