I had this bug as well, with my synaptics touchpad. I understand the
mouse and touchpad settings are different, but I'm going with my
experience from Fedora where adjusting the mouse speed fixed the speed
immediately for the touchpad.

I experience the same on my Dell Inspiron 700m, very inefficient
multimedia. Changing the output module in VNC got rid of the problem,
but what should be done about Java/Flash? My cpu goes over 170f making

This is probably caused by bug in libtracker.
tracker_connect return not-null value even if tracker daemon is not installed.
That means, that nautilus will always try to use tracker instead of built-in
search.

My Gutsy worked, Dapper gives me a HTTP 403.
My opinion = Looks like a server config problem to me, most likely a

I am using gutsy as well with avermedia a16d which also shows up as
saa7133 but I haven't managed to playback any video.

the search function works without problems. i just tried to change the
keybord settings for the first problem but it didnt work.
the "ü" still doesnt work but why? a bug maybe!??

It's *not* an Ubuntu-only issue - I've got the same problems with OO
2.3.0 on my Ubuntu *and* Windows machines (very reproducable;-).

Hi [osoriag], I had the same problem, but if you use an editor you could
modify the value, delete the "0", put "1", and save... it worked for me.
Here is an example:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]: ~$ sudo pico led
[sudo] password for user:
write a "1" without the quotes, then save the file
