[Bug 91586] dual monitor (mergedfb) stopped working after update in 7.04 approx from 27 february

Public bug reported: I've used dual monitor on my machine since Edgy, and used Feisty for a long time since it appeared. After an upgrade approx on 27th of February and reboot, dual screen stopped working (I have LCD + CRT). Moreover, one screen (LCD) was blank till i added HorizSync/VertRefresh (

Btw, this is definitely a new kernel problem, since the problem first started from Herd-3 and upper. Before it my home machine booted up perfectly, after that it was unable to boot without "irqpoll" option given to kernel in grub. Maybe there is a possibility to auto-set irqpoll when it is require
