Btw, this is definitely a new kernel problem, since the problem first
started from Herd-3 and upper. Before it my home machine booted up
perfectly, after that it was unable to boot without "irqpoll" option
given to kernel in grub.

Maybe there is a possibility to auto-set irqpoll when it is required to
boot, since it is very uncommon especially for new users. People with
little knowledge even won't be able too boot a live CD default way.
Especially the only way to see the message "unknown IRQ error (nobody
cared) on IRQ 15" is first to remove "quiet spash".

I will attach the whole bunch of command outputs in hope this will help
to solve the problem internally.
